• Order, delivery, and contact details needed to complete purchases.
• Messages, support requests, and optional uploaded screenshots.
• Basic device, browser, page, and usage data used for security, diagnostics, and aggregate analytics.

How we use information

We use information to operate shops, process and fulfil orders, respond to messages, secure accounts, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, understand aggregate usage, and meet legal obligations.

Who receives information

Order and inquiry details are shared with the relevant independent shop. Service providers receive only what they need to provide hosting, database, payment, analytics, file storage, and email services. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy policy; the platform does not store full card numbers.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for operations, records, disputes, security, and legal requirements. We use access controls, encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and hashed anti-abuse identifiers, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or object to certain uses. Submit a request through Support. Some records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, or transaction purposes.

International processing and changes

Providers may process information outside your province, state, or country, where different laws apply. This policy may be updated with a revised date; material changes will be communicated where reasonably required.
