Using our market
our market provides storefront and payment technology for independent sellers. You must use the site lawfully, provide accurate information, and avoid interfering with the site, other users, or shop operations.
Who sells the products
Each shop is operated by its identified independent seller. That seller, not the platform, is the seller of record and is responsible for its product descriptions, inventory, fulfilment, shipping, returns, refunds, taxes, and legal compliance.
Orders and payment
Prices and availability may change before checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and the shop confirms fulfilment; a shop may cancel and refund an order it cannot fulfil. Customers are responsible for accurate delivery and contact information.
Returns and disputes
Each shop sets its own return policy, subject to applicable consumer law. Review the shop policy on the Returns page before purchasing and contact the shop first about order issues. Technical or unresolved platform issues may be submitted through Support.
Content and acceptable use
Sellers retain ownership of their content and grant the platform permission to display it to operate and promote their shop. Content must not be unlawful, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, or malicious. We may remove content or suspend access to protect users or comply with law.
Service availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not responsible for indirect losses or a seller's products or conduct. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated with a revised date. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required. Questions can be sent through the Support page.
